EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS
I was with UST Global from 03 September 2007 to till date. I was put into the support enhancement team for the Navistar client (An automobile giant in US). I am handling the support enhancement projects alone and the client is well satisfied with my services. I have also taken part in the DB design and architectural design of a J2EE web project. 1. The Problem Reporting and Resolution System for a leading Truck and Engine Manufacturing company
The Packaging Problem Reporting and Resolution System intend to report problems related to parts shipped to the Company’s Parts Distribution Centers. The objective of the project was to design and develop the application using JSP / Oracle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer/ Developer I was involved in the following activities:
§ Maintaining effective communication with the onsite co-coordinators and managers.
§ Business requirements study.
§ Estimation.
§ Preparation of the functional specifications.
§ Preparation of the test plan and test cases.
§ Database design and application design.
§ Perform unit testing, integration testing and system testing.

2. Central Sales Administration (CSA) Customer Responsiveness system for a leading Truck and Engine Manufacturing company
The CSA Customer Responsiveness System intends to provide access to key metrics and analytical tools that facilitate quantification of the organization’s Customer Responsiveness when processing SPA’s (Special Price Assistance). Also, it is to provide exceptional analysis to highlight potential responsiveness problems to be addressed, before they materialize.
