Project : ENI / Halliburton Drilling Rig Platforms Wellpads Fluor / Habboush Group Joint Venture Basrah Industrial Facilities Iraq Clients Tender Projects in Iraq : Fluor (Instrument Air System Installation DS6, DS7, DS8), Petronas (EPC Early Civil Works Phase 1 & 2 for Garaf Dev & Operation-4 Nos. Well Pads 500mx300m), Gazprom (Water Supply And Waste Water Facilities), Lukoil (EPC of Custom Control Zone and LME Warehouse Zone B West Qurna Oil Field in Iraq. • Prepare level IV integrated detail design, procurement &construction schedule by WBS, activity ID/task, resources, calendar, relationship logical sequence for civil, mechanical/process, piping, electrical & controls system per WBS as well as detail engineering / procurement deliverables. • Prepare progress measurement tracking and monitoring data base man hours and cost as baseline for detail design, procurement & construction based on contract by WBS. • Update the level IV integrated detail design, procurement and construction schedule. • Prepare earn value reports man hours / cost and cost analysis by WBS. • Liaise with accounting department. • Prepare planning and project controls procedure. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as requirements of the client such as manpower histogram, s curve etc. as stated in clients contract. • Prepare quantity take off, pricing of labor, materials and equipment as well as technical proposal such as integrated detail design, procurement & construction schedule, manpower histogram & s curve etc. for tender as stated in ITB. • Attend weekly and monthly meeting with client. • Prepare update project cash flow forecast and billing. • Support Project Manager in contingency and change order management. • Check, coordinate, approved and supervise sub contractors project controls system.
