I'm a Data Entry expert with over 10 years of experience working both as an online freelancer and as a contractor for the US Military. My data entry career initially started about 8 years ago, when I started working as an IT Technician for the US Military in Bagram, Afghanistan. My main role there was to create and overview reports made by different departments and make sure all data was without errors. I also assisted the IT Specialist to help train new clerical employees.After my contract in Afghanistan ended, I decided to try freelancing and I started working for Asia AD Alliance. My role there was to track real estate software product development through a system called JIRA. As a data entry expert, I was responsible to forward customer support tickets to a team of 20 developers and track their progress. I used to work there for 3 years until the project development was completed.
