We all specialize in some thing. This person specialize in wasting time and abusing and lying. He is a specialist of these things. So are you really looking to hire for your project? Is your project for lying and abusing? If yes, then do not wait a second. Go ahead and hire him. As mentioned, he is specialist on those things. But if your project is for other things and need serious people for the project to reach its success, then he is the last person on earth you should hire.
