**** Request to all employers DO NOT HIRE this mad TAXI DRIVER **** Rafael Rodriguez is the Dumbest person i have ever come across in my entire life! He DOES NOT understand English at all!! i have to use translator to make him understand, i had been very clear in my project description and made him understand by sending drawings, pictures, descriptions as an when required but he did not understood the project in 18 days of time. He DID NOT come up on time commitments as mentioned that he would complete the project in 10 days but on 17th day he asked for extra $80.00 for no reason! He is crank head who DOES NOT know his WORK at all and i am now to a conclusion that all his skills mentioned in profile are fake! He is very UNPROFESSIONAL and did not answer my questions for days after awarding this project. i also called him a lot of times for updates but he disconnected my calls and always gave excuses that he is driving. Now If any freelancer or any employer wants any proof of this entire deal then please feel free to message me and i will provide you all the proofs of freelancer chats & Whatsapp messages of this UNPROFESSIONAL person who does not know his work at all. He DOES NOT deserve to be on Freelance.com for bidding any project and i will make sure that by complaining to Freelancer.com and take this issue legal for false commitments, demanding extra money and wasting my time.
