I have 27 years of international project finance and infrastructure experience. For the last 10 years, I have managed and consulted on a wide range of projects in the UK, Middle East, Kazakhstan, China and Southeast Asia. My expertise includes project design; start ups; managing projects; conducting project due diligence; creating JV structures; building and analysing financial models, and investment promotion. Specific projects include: advising, project managing and closing a $174 million High School Public Private Partnerships in Scotland; managing the sell side M&A education transaction in Beijing; consulting on project start up for education PPPs in China and Malaysia; developing the project plan for a university in Cairo; setting out the bankability criteria and drafting the project plan for blended online learning models. I have a BA in History from Vanderbilt University, USA; a Masters of Science in Management from Boston University, USA and I am a Chartered Financial Analyst.
