I would like the flash .swf to be fully integrated with XML files so that I can change the images descriptions and links easily and quickly. I'm just looking for someone that can put everything together and function fluidly.

I have all the images for the rotating t-shirt display.

I would like the first part of the display to look like this

with the function of having the mouseover bringing the specific t-shirt its on larger then the rest. Also having the line of shirts weighted with mouse movement so if the mouse is in the middle it wont move but if the mouse moves to the left or right it will scroll the shirts left or right.

On clicking of a specific t-shirt I would like it to fade out the other shirts and bring up details on the shirt and the 360 degree rotating singular t-shirt display. Like this

having the function of moving the t-shirt animation left or right by mouse movement.

And on the last click on the t-shirt would be a zoom up of the design on the shirt like this

also as you will notice there are navigation buttons at the top being able to move to the next shirt with the left and right buttons and dropping down a level in animation with the X out button.

Our Budget is 150$ We would like this to be completed within 7 days maximum sooner the better.
