I am looking for a new website for my job board business. I really like the look and navigation of the Astoundify Jobify template and am seeking an experienced developer/designer who has used this theme before.
I have already drawn up the website wireframes myself, but would value any feedback before going ahead with this plan. Advice with SEO would also be needed. Upon completion of build a breakdown of how to use the website properly would also be needed as I will need to be doing this myself and although tech savvy I am only just becoming familiar with Wordpress.
It is essential that once built it will not break once theme and plugins are updated in the future. I am also looking for someone who will be using clean coding so that anyone can work with it if need be.
HOME PAGE:
Link to pages: Jobseekers, Employers, Register/Login (Turns in to My Account once logged in), About, Contact
Registering: will give the option of signing up as a Jobseeker or Employer. To include a tickbox that automatically signs them up to email newsletter
Static image with text layered over the top: Size would be same as in demo [login to view URL]
Finding a job the same as in demo and would link to a page that gives the further options like [login to view URL]
Would also like to add the option of distance jobseeker willing to travel.
Recent Jobs: Would list five jobs, with the option of loading more listings.
Featured Jobs: Would scroll through
Kind Words From Happy Clients
News & Your Views: Three links to news articles that can be commented on like a blog to help bring traffic to the site.

Find a Job: Takes you to the page similar to already mentioned thats accessable from the Home Page [login to view URL]
Career Advice: Page of advice and links to articles
News: News articles that allow comments, as a blog would. Is it possible to have news content pulled in that relates to certain topics?
Events: Listing of events similar to [login to view URL]
Flexible Courses (Coming Soon): This is something I would like to explore in the future, but needs more exploring on my part.

Well at Work: Written content and abilitiy for website user to download informative pdf files

SIGNUP/LOGIN
Same as the Jobify demo, where it pops up. I would also like to add an auto tick box that signs the user up to an email newsletter.
