would prefer someone very experienced with instagram API directly. I'd prefer vb.net 4.5 but c# will suffice, I'll require the source code. features, followbytag, unfollow, likebytag. someone that is easy to talk to and not rushing a project. if you have a prebuilt source that you'll let go for cheaper, we can talk as well.
NOTE: no third party programs/software/services. to initiate the connect or scrape. must be done from the program it self. not interested in webstagram scrappers.
