Repack and Installer

So I want a repacker, which will do these few things : I want it to be able to get files from the program files (local disk) and put them into the installer. Then I want to be able to choose the .exe file from the folder (from the folder that I am repacking). I want this so that the user can start the program from his desktop.

I want to be able to do this for many applications, so I don't need the installer only. I need you to give me a small .exe which will do that. Very simple.

I also need the installer to have about 5 pages (only text, text+banner, text+banner, next+banner,only text). I want the banner to have a link 'behind' it so that when the user clicks on it, that his browser will open the website (like a normal advertisement on the internet).

Well I will send you smaller banners cause these are actually too big. I will send you the banners + the links that I want each one to have, I want the background to be pure white (just white), the next-back buttons are in a good position. I just want the whole application to be a bit smaller (the banners are going to be smaller too so there is no problem). In the end I want the text (words, commas etc) to be black.
