Native English accent needed for telephone handling job

Hi,
I need someone with native English accent to make some calls for me. The job would be to contact companies / institutions / webmasters via the phone to ask them whether they'd like to include a link on their site to another website/webpage in a related field.
This is basically for SEO and link building purposes (no problem if you don't have any experience with it).
Example: Here is an institution's page where they list a bunch of links to other related sources: [url removed, login to view]
Your job would be to call this institution and find out who is responsible for managing this page and contact them to ask whether they'd like to include one more link on this page (my site's link).
I would provide all the scripts and sites you need to reach out to, your job would be only to make the calls and report back to me what the responses were.
Your payment does NOT depend on the responses we get, if you make the calls, you'll get paid regardless the success rate.
I would pay you by the hour for ever hour worked, but there wouldn't be 10-15 hours per week of continuous work, I'd always hire you for 1-2 hours when I have a list of prospects to contact.
