ARCHITECTURAL MODELLING OF A NEW NURSING HOME + EXISTING BUILDINGS
$300-700 SGD / ώρα
My client require an overall architectural modelling of a new nursing home plus the existing surrounding buildings around it. Due to the confidentiality of this project, I can only consider local freelancers and they will sign a NDA upon agreeing to my briefs. Here are the requirements;
- modelling done in either sketchup or max( sketchup is ok too, in considering my budget as well)
- need to put in some simple landscaping elements.
- models of existing buildings can be just plain boxes with their roofs and height as representation.
- model of new building to be more detailed, including the interior structure
- may need to model 75% of existing site.
- may need to do site visit/walk to further understand the site and photo references for modelling.
- may need to render 1-2 aerial views (to be confirmed)
- project dateline expected around mid December. A walk-through is required, thus the final works to be completed 3-5 days before submission date to facilitate for the animation work.
As I will be doing the interior as well as exterior visualizations, the freelancer will be working alongside with me until completion.
More details will be discussed once agreed. As such, I may need a face-to-face discussion for further instructions if required. Bid only if you can meet the requirements stated. Thanks
