Architecture design (PLANS) of an ERP system for a startup venture.

I need to design an ERP (Enterprise Ressource Planning) system for a small venture. It should integrate and facilitate management of diverse business areas like: Document and information management, Project management, Production, Inventory, Accounting, CRM and Online Sales.

For this phase of project Freelancer will provide ONLY PLANS of the ERP system so that project can AFTERWARDS be posted for development bidding.

By PLANS I mean a very detailed technical document that will serve as a clear guide for programming the ERP system.

Plans should include flowcharts and diagrams of RDB with very clear explanations.

FREELANCER should have ERP knowledge and be able to do the development phase (next step) of project. System will be later on developed in Idempiere open source platform (java). But development SHOULD NOT be included on bidding yet, just PLANS

The attached Word document contains an approach and description of the business organization and functioning. It should be better read in OUTLINE VIEW MODE as to keep the structure of the model. The business is not yet at the level of what is described in the document (it is just a Startup) but the idea is to get it to that level.

At the beginning I will work online with freelancer for some 10 hours in order to clarify with him the ERP model.
