i need someone to develop an app for me with some functionalities which i listed below and it should be integrated in my shopify just like oberlo...

i want the app to look exactly and similar to the below listed requirements

1. The app should be similar to the customink app.

2. The App should be able to ADD TEXT, ADD ART, UPLOAD ART, ADD NUMBERS and

ADD NOTES.

3. The App should be able to customize T shirt Front, back and sleeves.

4. The App should be able to select colours of t-shirts.

5. The App should meet security and shopify standards.

6. The App should not be slow, must be SEO friendly

my budget for this project is $40 and it is fixed so p;ease if you cant work on my budget please dont bid..
