I need Shopify Web Design Changes

Needing 2 things done to my Shopify page ASAP so we can get rolling for our trade show next week. These are changes the developer of the website said should be minimal, but I have no coding knowledge so can't do it.
Below is the email from the developer and attached are images explaining what is needed. Would love to hop on a screen sharing call to walk through it.

Yes, while it's a limitation of Shopify's theme engine that you cannot use sections like you do on the home page on other pages, we built a workaround that allows you to do just that. By default we include one custom page and one product template for you to apply to your content. Here is some documentation on adding sections to pages and sections to products.
We've also set up documentation on how to extend this functionality to other pages and products by duplicating a few files in your editor. Here is how to add another custom page template and here is how to add a custom product template.
