I am looking for a freelancer to create and upload teaching material for my new company. This person does not need to have any previous experience as the work will be very easy with the help of canva and ai.
Task list
Task 1 Research
1. Research and learn how tpt works
2. research how keywords and course design work (find research tools)
3. research trends and what sells on tpt
Recommended sources: YouTube videos and online articles
Task 2: Create materials
1. Research what is selling, what is trending and what topics have little competition but are being searched for (use tools from step 2 or the number of search results on tpt for specific keywords).
2. Create a teaching resource based on your research (include the shop logo and QR codes to the shop page and for selling other related materials)
3. Upload the material to TPT and design it with the best possible related keywords and choose the most related topics and types so that the teachers can find the material.
General information
Material size: you can decide the size (number of pages) of your material by yourself, just give the account variation of different material sizes.
Quantity over quality: you should create and upload as many materials as possible, you should go through these steps from step 3 as quickly as possible. If it's necessary, you can skip a few steps to create the material faster. However, you should make sure that the material is of the highest quality that you can provide at that time.
Freebies: every 10. The material should be a high quality freebie to attract buyers. (Include more QR codes for paid material from the shop in this free material)
The goal is to create 4-10 files per hour.

Salary:
0.5$ (42 inr) - $1 (100 inr) per hour
With long term cooperation the salary can be increased up to $10 per hour.
(Daily payment via Paypal is possible)
Meetings:
The recruitment interview and all other meetings will take place on Discord.
Working hours:
Initially 2 hours per day
Up to full time with proven long term commitment
