Design of a Cannagar Mold along with a design for injection molding

Awarded company will design a cannagar mold, provide CAD & STL files to prototype the mold, finalize the design & provide a financial plan to produce the injection mold(s) and costs to produce and ship the parts.
The project will consist of four phases:
Design Phase - design an approved mold. Drawings & renderings to be provided. Up to 15 sizes of molds will be provided. This is inclusive of diameter "Gauge", length and tip preference "round cap" or "torpedo".
Pilot Phase - Provide the software CAD & STL files to enable 3d printing of the design. During the design & pilot phase, unlimited revisions can occur to hone in on the exact design. As a part of the Pilot phase, two customers will be selected to test the design. If the customer(s) don't approve or has feedback, design modifications will be a part of the scope of this project to go back through the design and pilot phase.
Finalization Phase - provide all the final CAD software files, drawings, renderings of the cigar mold. Also CAD software files, drawings and renderings of the Plastic Injection mold design to produce the cigar molds.
Financial Phase - provide a financial model to produce the plastic injection mold, per piece pricing to make the parts, packaging costs & shipping costs to Missouri, USA.
