We are looking for a talented freelancer with expertise in Python programming, image processing and hardware integration to develop a system that can control a wheelchair based on eye blinks. The project involves developing a Python code that can capture eye blinks and the frequency of eye blinks using a camera attached to a wheelchair. The code should then transmit this information to Raspberry Pi and Arduino microcontrollers, which will be responsible for controlling the movement of the wheelchair.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python programming, image processing, and experience with hardware integration. Familiarity with Raspberry Pi and Arduino is also desirable. The candidate should have the ability to work independently and be able to complete the project within the given timeframe.
