Add a submodel to a package

I have a predifined package of Python which I am using for my purpose. The package is written in a professional manner. I want to add a submodel in that package. The submodel will be based on a published research work. The results has to be verified based on the research work itself. The equations are less but the developer need to validate the model with pubmished work.
I am attaching the paper for a view. A part of equation is already implemented but the other is to be done.
