I'd like you to set up Symfony 4 with mysql in a docker environment and deploy that to an AWS free tier.
Github for file versioning, please treat code as production ready, I'll be looking at commenting, structure etc.
Overview
The application will be built to manage a group of hospitals, if you consider that we'll need an admin person to enter the information, an end user should be able to browse the information entered. The end user can also fill out a out a form to contact a specific hospital
