PHP inventory listing page + single listing page modification + compare page

We need a new inventory page for our new website (still in developpement) at [url removed, login to view] (english) and [url removed, login to view] (french) for listing, just click on description for single listing page (ex: [url removed, login to view])
take a look of what frontend design we want (desktop version of listing) in the picture file i've uploaded
Specifications and Features:
- Need to be on PHP,MySQL base
- Need to be perfectly responsive
- Execute filter OnChange without reloading the page
- Multilanguage (French, English)
- Need to be SEO optimized (ex: all inventory need to be screened by Google, URL re-writing)
- When you click on vehicle picture in inventory listing page, we must have good looking and functional slide show
- User can select between list or grid view option
Basically those page must be like actual developpement page in term of responsiveness and functionality accept the filter must be with more design and user friendly
