Help me build an RTMP dynamic endpoint service

I'm looking for a way to build a dynamic RTMP service that just accepts authenticated RTMP which can be ingested elsewhere.
Sample walkthrough:
1. I sign up, pay $10 to get an endpoint
2. I get a rtmp URL: rtmp://[login to view URL] + authentication key
3. I then plug that into my video feed (VLC player, or the similar), and it ingests the feed.
Just for this concept: $150-250
That's it.
