Fixing/Updating the existed GURRIDU JQUERY Grids - PHP/MYSQL

Greetings,
I have a developed WEB-BASED MYSQL/PHP DATABASE MANAGEMENT INTERFACE using GURRIDU Jquery grids plugin, please refer to www.trirand.com.
There are few points that are missing in the grids I have and they are summarized in these 3 points :
1- I need a default ASC sorting for a column that consists of alphanumeric values.
2- I need an advanced search or custom searching form (fetching values such as dates by a specific range selected by the user) beside the inline search that exists in the grids.

3- Also, Search feature by the operators of greater than, less than for such columns.
