Finish PHP Code for CSV find and place data in new column on right

I have one [login to view URL] file that can find specific phrase inside one column of a CSV with two columns when uploaded. Once it finds the matching phrase that I have set in the PHP it places a definition I set in the PHP on the right in a new column called "Results" when exporting simultaneously. However, when looking for wording it is strictly based on what I type in the PHP index file. If I add into the PHP code to look for "please enter your passcode then press pound" and on the right label it "PH Model 4" it will only look for "please enter your passcode then press pound". I need the ability to find "please enter your passcode then press pound" in the one column of the CSV for only the beginning part of the text because afterwards can have different wording such as "please enter your passcode then press pound for dentist" or "please enter your passcode then press pound for lawyer". These phrases need to be discovered for "please enter your passcode then press pound" and labeled "PH Model 4" even if it has different text afterward needs to see be discoverable.
