I need a very simple program that will move a DBF file from one directory to another, and then update the time stamp on the file that was moved.

Here's how it should work.

The DBF filename has the prefix "OR" followed by today's date.

For example, the file today is named [login to view URL]

The file tomorrow will be named [login to view URL]

1) This program needs to let me pick the directory that the OR dbf file is stored.

2) The program should only look for the OR file with today's date. (ie: [login to view URL])

3) This program needs to let me pick the directory to move the OR dbf file to.

4) This program needs to update the file time stamp after it is moved.

5) This program needs to do this process every X seconds. For example, if I type in 30, it will move the file every 30 seconds.

I'll give a 10 rating for good work.

I've attached an example of the file.

It doesn't matter which language you develop this program in.
