Have a Wordpress Classifieds website that I need:
1. When adding a car ask: Company Car or Client Car. If Company car fill out the standard create a classified ad form. If Client Car, present a contract for the client to fill out and sign (signature). After filling the contract, lead to the standard form to create classified ad.
2. Send copy of the contract (pdf) to the company and the client
3. Contracts to be associated with each car being displayed
4. Contracts only visible by website administrator or editor
