Add new features to my invoice web based web site

New features are:
1-Add Taxes to the invoice "This feature can be turned off and on". Chart for Total Taxes for today,This Week,Month and Year. and total sales for the same
3-Add time to the invoice.
4- Barcode reader and Barcode to the invoice ,If vendor scanned the barcode, Invoice will open for management,Ability to scan for invoice with Phone number and with invoice number.
5-Action Button "Paid"
6-Section for unpaid Invoices.
everything should work same way as website now even translating must be the same.
I will own the source code and have the rights to edit and use it.
