Create popup/box on new page + put info in RSS feed

We need three things.
Fill some basic information.
One.
EXAMPLE: An original link [login to view URL] becomes the new target link [login to view URL] in which the BOX is shown at the bottom.
(Where I saw that the [login to view URL] link stays used to create the boxes/popups)
Two.
Extract data from the original link
From the original link some basic information is grabbed.
- Photo (No photo, then pick the basic photo from basis info)
- Link title
- Description
- Original link (we use of course the target url, but it shows the original link)
Three.
Get all this info in several RSS feeds.
- We can manage time and date of publishing the info from step 2.
Additional
There is a login for the user to manage the information in part two and date/time of publishing.
There can be 20 links / info waiting to be published. And this is able to see.
