Convert a Template to a Website

We have a webhost that supports php/drupal and we've recently purchased a Drupal template from templatemonster. I am familiar with ASP but not so much with PHP or Drupal, so we need this new template integrated with our servers Drupal engine and then customized for our company. So the steps would be:
1. Get basic Drupal template working
2. Using current info on current website, customize new template with our company information, location, services, etc...
I can either pay a fixed price or hourly, but I would rather do small segments at a time so everyone is happy as project progresses.
I would prefer someone with good English and who can maintain contact (if you are offline for several days at a time this will not work for me).
