Apply design from PSD to WooCommerce / wordpress template

We are in the middle of launching our website based on Wordpress and a WooCommerce template.
The design team is soon ready to hand over PSD-files that need to be applied to the template along with some customizations.
This project includes applying the design PSD, pixel perfect, to the WooCommerce template, applying template customizations for sub sites, shop and blog to fit our style and brand along with functional testing of the implemented changes and designs. You should expect a couple of major customizations to the template and <10 minor customizations based on existing functionality in the template.
We will have a site map with wires frames, PSD-files and descriptions of wanted customizations ready by feb 28th. The project can start directly after that and we would like to be ready for launch 1-2 weeks after you have received the information.
In order for us to consider your bid we need you to enclose a reference of a WooCommerce site based on Wordpress that you have developed for another client, or similar reference.
Fixed price bids will automatically be ranked higher in our decision process.
