Wordpress theme adjustment

I have 2 themes that I would like combined into one. There are features of each that I like but neither is 100% correct for me.

I have included 2 screen shots of both themes (see attached files)

What I am looking for is someone to modify the BBQ theme to work like the Leon theme which will require more coding than graphic design.

It is a fairly simple project for a competent coder and shouldn't take more than an afternoon to do.

I will provide you with both themes to work with or you can use the BBQ theme and just re-sculpt it to the needs of the site.

Here are the list of changes to be made to the BBQ theme:

1) Remove the search, archives, advertisements, categories and links boxes on the right hand side.

2) Add a new search box into the header using the google adsense search box.

3) Have 3 columns for posts. Each column represents a specific category. ** This is very important.** I want the new posts for each category to be applied to the specific column.

4) There is some dead space to the left and right of the page. If possible, I would like to have 2 adsense banners placed in there.
