Please do not bid on this project unless you can start immediately and complete it according to specifications. You will be given very specific instructions on how each page should be designed, and will also be provided links to where the applicable photos can be found and/or pictures to be utilized on each page. Your design expertise is also welcomed, if you have some design suggestions that would enhance the website. The code should be neat/clean.

The Consultation page will require you to create a feature that will allow visitors to select from a a group of different forms, which form that would like to download onto their pc.
The Consultation page will require you to create a feature that will allow visitors to select form the same group of different forms, then fill the form out and submit it directly online (by clicking a submit button)
