Joomla professional with design exprerience

I need someone with Joomla programming skills and Must be exprienced in Rocket themes and the Gantry frame work

1. Website modification the old programmers did not know what they were doing .

2. I want my site to be centered and looking proffessional

3. I Need the modules that I have installed , working correctly example Jsecure

4. I need some field name changes

5. I need someone who is professional and very diligent .

6. Do not ask me what you need to do ?

7. Must have excellent communicaition skills !

8. Also there are some scripts that need to be put in for the website to be seen on tablets and cell phones I have a Rocket Theme

9 . I need this done in a few hours if you cant do it in the that time don't do it
