Hi Guys - New to this - so please excuse my lack of knowledge!
I'm looking to build a decent job board based website - where i can post jobs myself = but also other users can pay me to join - log in and post their own! I will also need software that can email the clients CV of people that apply etc.
Not sure on costing as my research has shown lots of different prices - I know what i want to pay - i'm just putting it out there to see if anyone would like a project? or has previously worked on similar things and could duplicate it for me?
