Bold, Clear & User Friendly - Website

WEBSITE:

I need a website to be created which will allow users to publish there content after paying a one off fee to join.

The everyday user can browse the website looking though the content.

Similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] (these type of websites)

DESIGN:

The design is very important and is what will make my company unique. The website needs to be Bold, Clear & User Friendly. I am wanting a very simple website which is easy to use for the user who is browesing though the posts and for the user who is posting the content.

REQUIREMENTS:

The content which users will publish (for a one off fee) needs to be put into categories so the user browsing the content can find there requierments easily.
