553904 website modification/fix(drupal)

hello

i need help with my website([url removed, login to view]) its been worked on by several programmers. with a few things still to complete, i am looking for a programmer who is flexible and willing to help me finish and complete the website to make it live on the web. cms is drupal 6.15

#1 fantasy sports section, i will need someone to possibly re-do this and make it work. what this consists of a working functioning fantasy sports script. this is like a fantasy sports(ex. like fantasy football, basketball, baseball)only its mixed martial arts. must be able to set up

-start/stop dates for the leaderboards(2 of them) to track all records of users during those dates.

-have the owner/commish of the league be able to set up a fantasy league; choose amount of members, delete events, accept/deny members into league, delete members

-a message board implemented where the league owner can create a message, and other league members can post comments, reply to comments.

-i must be able to delete all fantasy leagues from the admin control

-most of the pages are there; yet i still need to create, or finish up all pages involved.

**note i have a lot of this in place, you may be able to fix it or it will have to be done over again

#2 fix top 10 rankings page. i have a voting system poll that shows total points given from all users(10 pts to the #1, down to 1 point for the #10) i want 1st place votes recorded in parentheses next to fighter name ala college football top 25. i want to be able to open a total of 10 rankings at a time and close them by date. all users have ability to vote. i need a easy to understand system which shows a user their status to their votes(who they voted for displayed on a link on their profile page) also a voting main page that shows they have already voted for a ranking. i have drawings of all pages for you to see. a basic voting poll with older polls going into archive links. this isn't too complicated, most of the pages are in place but do need fixing.

*from admin control, i would like to be able to disable a users voting capability

#3 css design. i am looking to upgrade the look of many of the pages. the site doesn't have too many pages, so i would need you to go over this with me so you have an idea of what my expectations are;

for the most part:

i want a really nice homepage, looking sharp and clean. the leaderboards are on all the pages so i want them to be sharp and great, also a revamped poll look, improved user profile pages,

better bt grand prix design. mainly i'd like to have everything on the pages use space better, nothing clumped together, just a nice clean look with things looking like their straight and in place.

#3a improve blog look - this we must discuss as i once again am happy with it but want it to be better. if this includes building or incorporating a new blog system or just the upgrading of the one already in place. need to discuss.

#4 ad system. now i want to be able to easily control ads in ad zones. and i want a very advanced system as great as it can be. this may include you implementing a new outsourced script or a custom one that you know well. right now i cannot figure what other programmers have made and i'm not happy with how it is currently.

#5 fix errors

now while other programmers have been working on this, certain parts of the site don't work. this includes; main leaderboard not displaying individual events leaderboards only displaying all events combined. negative units(-) not in red on mini-leaderboards, only on the main page leaderboards. convert the poll closing dates with same time as my local time(like for the contest events; already in place) registration may be an issue as it has broken down several times. the users graded selections are not displaying correctly, also the streaks have to be counted correctly, along with best winning streak and current streak from user profile page.

#6 improvements/add ons

i would like to have the admin profile user(me) a different color and to be not included in the leaderboards. this would be my profile as the blogger, i want all the same things/functions as all users but to not be included in the contest results. member index link on the main menu which shows all the usernames(alphabetical) when they joined the site along with date they signed on. change a couple questions from my users profile. show me how to insert html text for 1 particular page(the events results page for each event) this involves a copy paste of the same information everytime this needs done, only fighter names will change. i need to have this explained to me and show me where i can insert the text when i need to do this.

#7 optimize site - make it use least resources. help with making it faster and adding reasonable security to the site from hackers/outside threats, etc..

#8 make the site "live" i need to have the site successfully loaded onto my server and webhost. make all necessary fixed so that the site is fully functional on the web plus 30 days help with errors/issues that come up.

once again, my website has been worked on by numerous programmers so you must be drupal expert along with an experienced programmer in website modification.
