WordPress - Original Shortcode

I'm looking for a three step project;

Step #1 -- I'd like a shortcode (the code as well as how to implement it) for WordPress made out of the following chunk of code. It's something I use a lot for my website and it's kind of annoying having to copy and paste all the time when I could easily just use a small shortcode and customize some attributes for it. Sadly, I've tried writing the actual shortcode myself and it's never worked but I'm not too WordPress savy so there's no surprise there.

Apart of the shortcode I'd like attributes. Now, again, I'm not overly WordPress savy, but as far as I can tell there isn't a limit to how many you can have so these are the ones I'd like (based on the info in the file attached -- the words being in [CAPS]).

#1. [AMAZON] (a link will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review amazon=link] -- and then in the place where it says [AMAZON] in my post, the link I put would show up in that space.

#2. [COVER] (a link will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review cover=link] -- and then in the place where it says [COVER] in my post, the link I put would show up in that space.

#3. [SLIPPERS] (a number will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review slippers=number] -- and then in the place where it says [SLIPPERS] in my post, the number I put would show up in that space.

#4. [TITLE] (text will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review title=text] -- and then in the place where it says [TITLE] in my post, the text put would show up in that space.

#5. [SERIES] (text will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review series=text] -- and then in the place where it says [SERIES] in my post, the text put would show up in that space.

#6. [AUTHORLINK] (a link will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review authorlink=link] -- and then in the place where it says [AUTHORLINK] in my post, the link I put would show up in that space.

#7. [AUTHOR] (text will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review author=text] -- and then in the place where it says [AUTHOR] in my post, the text put would show up in that space.

#8. [PUBLINK] (a link will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review publink=link] -- and then in the place where it says [PUBLINK] in my post, the link I put would show up in that space.

#9. [PUBLISHER] (text will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review publisher=text] -- and then in the place where it says [PUBLISHER] in my post, the text put would show up in that space.

#10. [PUBDATE] (text will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review pubdate=text] -- and then in the place where it says [PUBDATE] in my post, the text put would show up in that space.

#11. [ISBN] (a number will go here as an attribute, so like shortcode -- [review isbn=number] -- and then in the place where it says [ISBN] in my post, the number I put would show up in that space.

Then when I wrote the shortcode in my post (I'd like it to be [review] if possible (unless for some reason that would conflict with something), the code in the file, along with the info in the attributes show up in the correct places.

Step #2 -- I'd also like to know how (what code, and how to implement it), to add said shortcode to the WordPress visual editor. I know you can add stuff to it, but I don't know how. I googled it and did see a website that explained but I was a tad confused.

Step #3 -- Error testing, if any needed, until I get both things working properly on my WordPress, though I don't see that that should be a problem. Though I'm not overly great with WordPress, I do how to edit files and such (I can make websites, I just am not overly familiar with WordPress, I'm more of a general PHP website person).
