Customization of Wordpress CMS

1. To auto update Attendee Registration Information with the new question created. Currently, the new question will only affect attendee that registered after the question is created. To all other attendee registration information are not affected.
2. To auto create email tags for each questions created. Currently there are only default email tags which the plugin has provided. Why I need this feature is because we require to send an email to each members of some of their details that doesn’t include in the default email tags.
Example: Hotel Allocation & Hotel Confirmation Number. To send one by one emails to the attendee will cost us more time to spend.
3. To add dropdown list of Completed, Incomplete, Pending, Cancelled, Payment Declined & Refund in the email blast page ([url removed, login to view])
Why we require this feature? It’s because we can easily send an email blast to a group of attendees without have to find one by one. Example, I would to send a payment reminder to the attendee, but it has taken a lot of time since there are 300++ attendees in the system. And I have to send one by one.
The suggested feature as per image below. The drop down will only pick the designated group and send the email blast.
4. To add the new created questions to the spreadsheet. The new data as per attached excel file. I have colored the column in red, which indicate the new data. But it’s actually using the same color as per in the group. Example : Hotel Allocation, Hotel Confirmation number : the background color is blue.
This is an extension to the previous Wordpress project we posted.
