We need a php based tool to solve a minimization problem.
Background info:
We get a lot of orders, each with a specific production volume. All these orders should be placed on a printing sheet. On a sheet up to 24 different orders can be placed. It should be calculated how often each order hast o be place on one sheet and how many sheets have to be printed.
SAMPLE – basis data

b(x)= volume of each order
c = number of sheets
d(x) = count of designs of current order on sheet
Z=Production volume (TARGET)
Z=min [SUM(d(1)+d(2)+…+d(x)) * c]
Conditions:
d(x) * c >= b(x)
c >= SUM(b(1)+b(2)+…+b(x))/24
SUM(d(1)+d(2)+…+d(x)) = 24
SUM(b(1)+b(2)+…+b(x)) >= 6000
c >= 250
