PHP Expert Needed

I have an exiting PHP panel (login, logout, index, install), which interacts with a simple mysql database.

What I am looking for is simple customization and automation.

At the moment, I have to fulfil a lot of the functions directly, which costs me time.

So what I am looking for is a registration page, where the user adds certain information, this information interacts with the database, and thus carries out the manual changes I am making at the moment.

When the person submits this information, I would like an infomration capture form, by submitted info this form, the site will cretae automatically a profile page for them (which doesnt exist at the moment) and email them a username/password to change their profile in the future, and at the same time, information, which was manually created by myself before, which you will automate.

I looking for a skilled programmer who can do this fast, can start immediately, and understands what to do from the start.
