Template Design for Joomal 3.0 - repost

I need a joomla template 3.0 design or newer for a new small coporate Pool Management Company and the design is the important key.

The website will be have a layout which will be very simple but professional.

We need a professional look and the website layout will be very simple but professional.

Lookin for a designer who has an eye for stunning design and has great good looking portfolio.

I want someone who is great at graphics and can design modern, eye catchy and colorful designs.

The template has to have Joomla custom CSS(CSS has to be labeled and broken into different pages for easy access)

The template has to have Joomla custom Folder(The folder will have to labled as follows AO_template [login to view URL] etc)

The template will come in a package both template package and Akeeba package

It will have the following Menus:

Template will have two top menus.

The first top menu will be at the very top left hand corner and will be the following:

Home|Employment|Pool Parties and will also have the option of adding more menu items.

The Second top menu will be below the first top menu and will be the following:

Home|About|Training|Management|Repair|Renovation|Contact|Maintenance|Residential|Commercial

Also the template will have Social media buttons Facebook,Twitter,Linkin,Youtube,RSSFeeds.

The template will have the following Extensions:

that will include the following:

(1)RS Forms or better extension.

(2)Newsletter Extension

(3)Gallery Extension

(4)Plugins

(5) and a few more Extensions.

All the requirement information such as company logo will be provided as per demand.
