Configure a VPN on cloud server

We have a cloud server on [login to view URL] (windows server standard 2008 R2), we paid to configure a VPN with openVPN, but the problem that we have is it does not open fast the programs that we need run in the share folders.
So we need to fix the problem with openVPN or install a new VPN with other software, the must important thing is all the programs we need run in the share folders work fine and fast.
You must to specifiy how you pretend to fix our problems when you make your bids.
