Build Tomcat SOAP Web Service

Build a web service that gets SOAP request for authorization (isAuthorized) from XMediusFax with parameters FaxID, username
Return SOAP response "True", "False", "NotReady" (for now just based on username - if username="JohnDoe" then "True", else "False")
Receive finalization request (finalizeTransaction) which will log results (to be defined later)
Parameters
- XMediusFax Fax Server SP edition with web services
- Apache Tomcat v7.0 for Windows Server - some ports used by XMediusFax
- Eclipse IDE (not mandatory)
- Java
- Basic config files - include username/password for MySQL database
- will provide server on MS Azure
