Create magento multivendor b2b marketplace and app

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Magento multivendor B2B marketplace and app. The project requires the following features:
- Product listing and management: The marketplace should allow vendors to easily list and manage their products.
- Order management: The system should have a robust order management system to handle transactions between buyers and vendors.
- Payment integration: There should be seamless integration with popular payment gateways to facilitate secure and smooth transactions.
I do not require custom design for the marketplace and app. A template design will suffice.
The timeline for this project is flexible, with a timeframe of more than 4 weeks.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong understanding of Magento platform and its multivendor capabilities
- Experience in developing B2B marketplaces and apps
- Proficiency in integrating payment gateways
- Ability to work within a flexible timeline
Create User Roles, Product Management, Hide Prices and Disable Payments, Implement Draft Orders,Customize User Experience,Ensure Mobile Responsiveness, Test and Debug.
Our project involves the following key features and functionalities:
1. Integration of a multi-vendor marketplace, allowing multiple suppliers to sell their products on our platform.
2. Seamless vendor onboarding process, including the approval of their professional VAT registration.
3. Implementation of a monthly subscription model for vendors to become members of our platform.
4. Provision for vendors to submit custom quotes when requested by customers.
5. Ability to operate as a quote-based ordering system without displaying prices in the basic subscription.
6. Options for both shipping and in-store pickup as order delivery methods.
7. Empowering vendors to define the specific regions they can serve.
8. Automatic integration capabilities with vendors' ERP systems for streamlined operations.
9. Advertising capabilities to promote vendors or their products on our platform.
