Help with installation SAN and FC connections in Ubuntu

I have a HP Storevirtual 4730 SAN and i have installed Ubuntu on it.
I have a HP Server, also with Ubuntu on it.
Both have FC cards and connections.
I need someone to setup the connection between the server and the SAN over FC.
Please only someone with experience, i can use google myself. :-)
