2: User will see in his backend as pending until approved or declined.

A: membership number
B: membership activated or not
C: member ship will display in card
F: 5 tabs for members added as

b: contracts (investments) (reoccurring purchases)
c: membership status with card displayed.
d: personal information (cc number and address that can be used at store by one click and confirm)
Backend user should be able to see each service they setup for.
