Wordpress Multisite on Windows Server 20212 R2

I have a Wordpress Multisite installation on a Windows Server 2012 R2.
The Main site is working fine, when I try to create a new Website in the Network , the System will create the new entries in the Database, but don't create a new Subfolder on my Windows Server.
The Website comes up with the error Message "404 - File or directory not found" because ether is no Folder or Site created on the Server
I think for an experienced Wordpress programmer it should be easy to fix
