Hiring a photo retoucher who can make the background of our images white for e-commerce

We are hiring a professional photo retoucher who is capable of making our images the same as our e-commerce photos: task at hand is to remove the background and make it fully white (version 1), with a second version on transparent background. Products might have to be made brighter as well to look exactly the same as our inspiration photo.
Candidates must submit a sample of work prior to confirm quality of work.
All products should be retouched if there is a reflection in the silver cap, the light should be as similar as possible on each product and placed straight if there is an angle. (See example : antiaging serum)
