Header coding in shopify template

I have a Vogue themed website on Shopify and I need help changing the home tab in my template. It currently doesn’t have the option to have the tab on the top. I will likely need coding. Please see the picture below that shows how it currently looks (top picture) and what I’d like it to look like.
