Design a Logo for a new app

I need a logo designed for a new app that is being built.
The app revolves around tourism in the French Alps and the logo must depict this.
Activities that might be included in the logo are:
Skiing, Snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, rafting, mountaineering, etc.
You might also want to include the 'Haute Savoie' flag.
The logo must be delivered to me in a layered .psd file as I will need to slightly adapt the logo for different regions.
I also need a 3D video/GIF to add to a homepage of a website with all the individual aspects of the logo 'flying' in to make the logo.
